Deliveries
Please note that deliveries may take 2 to 5 working days, in addition to the lead time for made-to-order items, which have their own specified production period.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds on stock purchased online.
Clients are welcome to book a 30-minute try-on appointment to view and fit a specific piece. Appointments can be arranged via email (info@stephenvaneeden.co.za) or by contacting our studio at 063 683 0680. Each session is billed at R375 excluding VAT per 30 minutes. If a purchase is made, the try-on fee will be deducted from the total retail price of the item or outfit purchased.
Clients may exchange an item for another size (if available), another product of the same value, or request a credit note to use at a later date.
- Our exchange and credit policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or issue a credit note.
- Credit vouchers are valid for 30 days only and will be forfeited if not used within this period.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange, return, or credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or credit, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange or credit voucher.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed in cases where the product is faulty, damaged, or not the item ordered.
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within a specified number of days. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
